A shell jacket that actually is great to work in. It is soft and hardly makes any sounds when you move.

Features

• It is made in waterproof/breathable stretch fabric to combine excellent comfort and outstanding freedom of movement.
• The jacket is cut to minimize movement restriction. To make it even more flexible, it is produced in a stretch fabric.
• The stretch fabric is 96% Polyamide and 4% elastane to make the jacket really good to move in. It will not restrict your movements.
• Adjustable hood fits a helmet and will still sit tight without it. Cut, designed and adjustable for maximum protection or good field of vision. The hood can be used with or without a helmet.
• The hood features a unique rain deflector leading water away from the hood opening down each side, even when adjusted for vision.
• The front zipper is covered on the inside by a flap and on the outside by two flaps that are closed with press buttons to be silent and to make a rain and wind proof front closure
• A strong hanger is placed on the outside of the neck within easy reach, keeping the collar smooth and scratch-free.
• The waist and lower edge have elastic cords that can be tightened to keep the wind and water out.
• The waist string is taped onto the inside of the jacket to make sure that no water enters the jacket through it.
• The ends of the elastic cords are placed inside the front pockets, thereby removing them from the outside of the jacket to prevent them from getting caught.
• To increase ventilation, you can open the cord locks and let air in and you can also open the cuffs. To increase the ventilation even more, open the front zip but keep the press buttons closed and also open the arm pit zippers. The ventilation zip in the armpit is easy to use, even with a ballistic or equipment vest on.
• Velcro patches are placed on the chest and on the sleeves for unit and person identification patches.
• Sleeve pockets have flap on the water repellent zipper to minimize the risk of getting water into the pocket.
• On the sleeves we have placed elbow pockets in a reinforcement fabric. Put in our elbow pads for increased comfort.
• The cuffs are tightened backwards, at the thumb, not to restrict the hand and to minimize the risk of accidental opening.
• Close the cuffs to keep the air inside and water outside.
• In the bottom and in the cuffs a anti wicking tape is placed to prevent water from sucking up, into the jacket.
• The shell jacket together with the shell trousers, 06-01369 can be compressed to fit into a 15 x 15 x 25 cm sized pouch.
• The shell jacket can be rolled up and stored in the hood.
