Customer Requirement Capture

At the heart of our approach is our commitment to meeting the needs of our customers.
When we embark on any project, we begin by gathering as much information as possible about your needs, requirements, and intended use of the solution.
This includes gathering written SHALL and SHOULD requirements, as well as any user experience testimonials you may have with your current solution, if applicable.
We also take into account any technical or financial constraints that may impact the project, as well as the timeline for completion.

Throughout the planning and brainstorming phase, we hold frequent design reviews and set milestones to ensure that the project stays on track and that the end result meets all of your explicit and implicit requirements.
This process allows us to collaborate closely with you, making any necessary adjustments along the way to ensure that the final product meets your needs and exceeds your expectations.

Design Adaptations

We take pride in our ever-growing range of standard off-the-shelf products, which range from attachment details to full-scale tactical systems.
Many of these products have been developed into our unique concept of PLATFORMS, which utilise premium designs as a foundation for countless variations and specialisations. Because we control the design, interfaces, and manufacturing processes, we are able to develop these customisations much faster than with traditional custom development.

Our platforms are fully developed and ready for use, and many of them are available as stock products. However, we understand that every customer has unique needs, and we are able to quickly tweak and adapt our platforms to fit your specific requirements.
This allows us to provide you with a tailored solution that meets your needs and exceeds your expectations, all while benefiting from the efficiency and quality of our proven platform designs.

We are always open to requests and ideas for redesigning any of our products. While we are confident that our products have reached a state-of-the-art level in almost every aspect, decades of experience have shown us that the needs of our customers are endless and that there is no such thing as a perfect product. Sample Production

Upon completion of the pattern design phase, our next step will involve cutting the selected fabrics and accessories and then to produce a first sample.

This sample will serve as the foundation for our initial testing and evaluation process.

After the sample is prepared, it will undergo testing by both us and the customer.

Based on the feedback, we will make the necessary changes.
This process will continue until everyone involved is satisfied with the end result.
Typically, it takes around three iterations to complete the process.

Production, Shipment, Shipment control and Delivery

After the development is completed, the next major step is to proceed with production and shipment.
We have established long-term relationships with several factories and have the capability to produce anywhere from 50 to over a million units, depending on your needs.

Typically, delivery time from the time of order is around 8 months with sea shipment.
If air shipment is preferred, delivery time will be approximately 1-2 months less.

Product Training & Documentation

Our team has come to realise over time that proper training is essential for the end user to fully appreciate the products we offer.

Our products are designed to be ergonomic and advanced, with multiple functions, which can make them challenging to use without proper instructions. Despite this, many end users believe that they can easily operate the gear without any training. Unfortunately, this is rarely the case.
To ensure our customers can make the most out of our products, we provide training services. While we are able to train the trainers, we prefer to train the end users themselves as it leads to the most effective results.

For example, we delivered the Combat Vest 2008 to the Swedish battalion in Afghanistan, we conducted training sessions for all the soldiers in Afghanistan.
This training proved essential in ensuring the widespread acceptance and use of the system.

In addition to training sessions, we also offer manuals and training videos.
As a certified provider, we conduct product system safety analysis and documentation as standard practice, particularly for FMV (Swedish Defence Material Administration).
