SNIGEL has together with close protection, intelligence and surveillance units developed a wide range of covert and concealed products including ballistic protection.

Visable footprint is a key concept in protection level for these units where a covert and discreet profile enables a higher ballistic level and concealed options have emphasis on no visable profile.

We offer a wide range of covert and concealed vests to be tailored for enhanced protection level with reinforcement plate or fully concealable options with soft ballistics.

Full concealment needs to be adaptive to multiple cilvilian appearences. No sharp edges, unnatural bulk or creases from ballistic vests is paramount to avoid unnecessary detection.

Covert Backpack

Covert Backpack, also known as "The Transformer" is a carrying system which allows you to carry your equipment in discreet way. The backpack can be carried on the back, as a shoulder bag or as a briefcase.

Minimal footprint and replaceable messenger bag flap can adapt your appearance on a group level.

Change of Threat Level

Quick deployment into a ballistic vest with elevated protection level and weaponry having the option to escalate from low ready to high ready in seconds.

With a pull on the zipper, the pack collapses and allows you to bring half of the system to the front which creates a body armour with elastic side straps.

Covert Surveillance Vest

The vest offers the user to bring a lot of equipment but in a very discreet way. The vest can be secured in the middle but can also be used without middle straps together with a suit jacket and connected to the trousers.

The vest is designed to not interfere with holsters or other belt mounted items to ensure full access if needed.

The Covert Equipment Vest

The Covert Equipment vest offers a covert option to carry long rifle mags and enforcement equipment in a discreet way. The vest is elastic and tight fitted and secured with belt loops or elastic cord threaded through side belt loops in civilian trousers. The chest straps are able to be stoved away which allows a minimal profile while wearing a shirt or jacket.

The vest design creates a double-use purpose which allows the user to work in covert operations similar to the Covert Surveillance Vest but also act as an overt vest for task forces that need to carry equipment over their body armour.

Crotch Pistol Holster

With a higher demand for covert equipment, the Crotch Pistol Holster fills a gap in the concealed carry section. The holster allows the user to have easy access to the weapon without compromising detection. The holster can be carried together with swimming shorts which is unique for close protection or intelligence personnel and has place for extra magazine.
